Wound Care To Help You Heal
Many Services are Available in Your Home or by Telehealth
Our specialized wound care services are designed to treat both acute and chronic wounds, including diabetic foot ulcers, pressure ulcers, and post-surgical wounds. We employ advanced wound care techniques and technology under the direction of experienced Medical Doctors and practitioners to promote faster healing, reduce the risk of infection, and improve patient outcomes.

Whether you want us to heal a chronic wound or recover post-surgery, our dedicated team is ready to provide expert, personalized support at every step of your journey very efficiently.
Wound Care, Made Simple and Supportive
You receive kind, step-by-step care for wounds. Care may happen in the clinic, in your home, or by telehealth. The goal is steady healing, less pain, and lower risk of infection. Plain language, small steps, and regular check-ins help you stay on track.
Wound Assessments and Monitoring
You get regular checks of size, depth, drainage, pain, and skin around the wound. Photos and simple measures may be used so progress stays clear.
Routine Wound Care
You learn gentle cleaning with water or saline, safe use of antiseptic when needed, and the right dressing to keep the wound moist and protected. Dressings are changed on a set schedule, or sooner if wet or dirty.
Pain Care
You receive a simple plan to ease pain. This may include medicine as prescribed, careful timing before dressing changes, and comfort steps that fit daily life.
Nutrition And Hydration Support
You get meal ideas that support healing. Protein, fluids, vitamins, and minerals matter. Simple tips help you meet these needs day by day.
Home and Telehealth Guidance
You may practice care steps on a video visit or with a nurse at home. Questions are welcome, and changes can be made early if something is not working.
Education for Self-Care
You learn signs of infection, such as more redness, warmth, swelling, odor, or fever. You also learn when to call, and what to do first while you wait.
Step-by-Step Daily Care
Cleaning
You gently rinse the wound with saline or clean water. Rubbing is avoided, since soft tissue may tear easily.
Antiseptic, When Advised
You may use a thin layer of antiseptic as directed. The goal is to lower germs without harming new tissue.
Dressings
You place the dressing that fits your wound type. Some dressings keep moisture in, some pull drainage out. Your team explains which one to use and why.
Collagen Dressings, When Ordered
You may receive a collagen dressing to support new tissue growth and calm swelling. Your team shows you how to place and remove it.
Checks and Changes
You look for more pain, redness, swelling, discharge, or odor each day. You change the dressing on schedule, or sooner if needed.
Debridement
When dead tissue blocks healing, the clinician may remove it. Methods vary. Some are done gently at the bedside, and some need a visit to the clinic. The aim is a cleaner base so new tissue can grow.
Advanced Options, When Medically Appropriate
Low-frequency Ultrasound Therapy
You may receive a gentle sound-wave treatment that helps reduce surface bacteria and calm swelling. Sessions are short. Most people rest during the treatment.
Topical Oxygen Therapy
You may receive a soft, warm mist of oxygen around the wound. A small chamber sits over the area so oxygen can reach the tissue. This option may help stubborn wounds close more quickly.
Skin Substitutes
You may receive a doctor-applied product that acts like a temporary skin cover. This can protect the wound and support closure when healing is slow.
Supportive Options
Homeopathic support, on request
You may discuss homeopathic support with your care team. These options are not a replacement for evidence-based treatment and are used alongside your medical plan only.
Why This Model Helps
You receive clear steps, regular review, and fast changes when needed. Teaching stays simple. Goals fit your daily routine. You may heal faster, feel safer, and avoid setbacks because problems are caught early.
Flexible Ways to Get Care
You may choose clinic visits, home visits, or telehealth. Many services can move between settings. This may lower travel time, reduce stress, and keep help close when you need it.

Our Comprehensive Wound Care Services
Wound Assessments & Monitoring: Regular evaluation of the wound to track healing progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Routine Wound Care: Routine wound care involves several key steps to ensure proper healing and prevent infection. Here are some examples:
- Cleaning the Wound: Gently clean the wound with water or a saline solution to remove debris, dirt, and bacteria. This helps minimize the risk of infection.
- Applying an Antiseptic: Use an antiseptic solution or ointment to disinfect the wound and further reduce the risk of infection.
- Applying Collagen. Collagen dressings attract cells like fibroblasts and keratinocytes to the wound site, encouraging the formation of new tissue. It supports the wound bend and helps in the healing process. It also reduces inflammation.
- Dressing the Wound: Cover the wound with an appropriate dressing, such as gauze or a specialized wound pad, to protect it from external contaminants and maintain a moist environment conducive to healing.
- Regular Monitoring: Inspect the wound daily for signs of infection, such as increased redness, swelling, or discharge. Regular monitoring helps catch any issues early.
- Changing Dressings: Change the wound dressing as needed, typically once a day or whenever it becomes wet or dirty. This helps keep the wound clean and promotes faster healing
- Managing Pain: Use over-the-counter pain relievers or prescribed medications to manage any discomfort associated with the wound
- Proper Nutrition and Hydration: Ensure adequate nutrition and hydration to support the body’s natural healing processes
Debridement: Depending on patient needs, we use several debridement techniques used in wound care to remove dead or infected tissue and promote healing.
Advanced Treatments for Medically Qualified Patients – FDA Cleared: Noncontact, Low-Frequency Ultrasound Therapy
- Our acoustic wave therapy promotes healing by controlling inflammation and reducing bacteria in the wound bed while increasing angiogenesis. Further promoting healing, it increases perfusion through vasodilation, ultimately increasing oxygen and nutrients to the tissue.
- Our therapy has been clinically proven to promote the healing process across a wide range of chronic and acute wounds including:
- Venous leg ulcers
- Diabetic foot ulcers
- Deep tissue pressure injuries
- Surgical wounds
- And many more wound types
Oxygen Therapy
- We use painless and soothing Vaporous Hyperoxia Therapy (THT ™ )
- In two separate clinical studies, adding VHT ™ to standard wound care tripled healing in 20 weeks or less.
- An alternative to hyperbaric chambers.
- Helps speed healing in association with skin grafts
- The treatment chamber is positioned around the wound. Gentle hydrating vapor and concentrated oxygen surround the wound and are passively absorbed into the tissue.
- In multiple IRB clinical studies, combining VHT® with Standard Wound Care closed, on average, 84% of chronic wounds in 20 weeks or less.
- This therapy is typically administered 2-3 times per week with each session lasting about 40-42 minutes. As compared to a typical Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) session usually lasts 2 to 3 times longer.
- We use painless and soothing Vaporous Hyperoxia Therapy *VHT)
- Our THT Therapy helps heal
- Diabetic foot ulcers
- Venous leg ulcers
- Burns
- Frostbite
- Pressure ulcers
Skin Substitutes
- We can apply painless specialized skin graft services to promote effective wound close and healing to those with medical need. This process ensures optimal recovery, especially when applied by our experts. This service is particularly beneficial for wounds that are resistant to traditional treatment methods, significantly enhancing the healing process and improving patient outcomes.
